Due to North Carolina laws we are not able to sell liquor. You supply the alcohol, we do the rest.
HOW EARLY SHOULD WE BOOK?
Reach out as soon as possible. We want to make sure you have enough time to adequately plan your event. Plus our calendar books up quickly! Please make sure your venue will allow you to bring a horse trailer bar on site.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We can do events all across North Carolina! Events within 30 miles of Raleigh will qualify for regular pricing. Anything over 30 miles will include an additional service fee.
HOW DO WE PAY?
We require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the event starting.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we carry general liability and liquor liability insurance.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand things happen and we will do our best to help you reschedule. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to one week before your event. However, deposits are non-refundable.
